Refund policy
We have a 7-day Refund and Exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to make request.
Please read and understand our store's return, refund, and exchange policy before any purchase.
- All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated below.
- We do not accept returns, refund, or exchanges for change-of-mind
- Please read the product description thoroughly before buying. If you have any questions about the product, please contact us before purchasing.
- Refund/Exchange are only accepted for defective items
- Perishable goods such as food, gift cards will not be accepted for return, refund or exchanges.
- We also do not accept refunds, or exchanges for items that are on clearance sale.
- Any postage cost for the return or exchanges will be borne by the buyer
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- If you are delivered the wrong item or the item is damaged, please send photos and videos of the item and we will then evaluate the claim.
- You’ll also need furnish us with your order number for proof of purchase.
To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at contact@hayyankids.com. If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll then advise further. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
For Exchange:
If the item is out-of-stock, you can opt to exchange for any other available item or receive a refund on the purchase
For exchanges to other available items of a lower value, no refund will be given for the difference in amount.
For exchanges to other available items of a higher value, you will be required to pay for the difference in amount.
For Refunds:
We will advise you if you need to return to us the item for the refund to happen. If it is needed, we will only refund once we’ve received your return. Once we received, we will let you know when we have start the refund transfer. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
